Structural Engineering is all about analyzing designs and confirming whether a structure will survive external forces such as gravity, the wind, flood, and so on. Yes, you can. Structural Engineering involves determining the right materials and design. London Eye is a great example of design and stability. Every beam within the structure is there for a good reason.
