what are ways to make money on a sail boat other than fishing?

im going to buy a sloop or an enlarged Ketch with maybe a 3 or more crew. what are some ways to make money other than fishing?

   tours of the sea. a whale watching thing. uh well like u could use it like a bus on water. um…. photography like take people out to take pictures of the ocean or sea or whatever.
